Basic Information

Rolling element is the angular contact bearing of cylindrical roller..Cylindrical roller bearings internal structure is 90 ° roller arranged perpendicular cross (which is also cross origin of the name),  between the roller equipped with the interval cage or isolation block, to prevent tilting or roller mill mutual visits, effectively preventing the increase of rotational torque.

Design features

1 Roller and raceway contact or repair offline contacts, high radial load capacity, suitable to withstand heavy load and shock load
2 Friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speed, the speed limit near the deep groove ball bearings
3 NU-type and N-type axially movable, to adapt to changes of shaft and the housing’s relative position due to thermal expansion and mounting error , can be used for the free end of the support .
4 Higher requirements on the shaft or housing bore processing, after bearing mounting the outer ring  and axis relative deflection should be strictly controlled to avoid contact stress concentration
5 Inner or outer ring detachable, easy installation and removal

Application

Medium-sized motors, locomotives, machine tool spindle, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, gear boxes, rolling mill, vibrating screen and lifting transport machinery

Precision

Cylindrical roller bearings can be separated to PO, P6, P5, P4 and P2. Precision grade sequentially from low to high Sort by Accuracy class .
